2017 World Internet of Things Exposition (WIOT) shall be held in September 10-13 in Wuxi. The theme of the WIOT is "Internet of Things Connects the World and Creates Future". It is hosted by MIIT, MOST, and provincial government, organized by Jiangsu Economic and Information Technology Commission and Jiangnan University, and supported by Chinese Academy of Engineering, ITU, IEEE, GS1, Auto-ID Lab, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, Huawei, CETC, Alibaba, and Inspur. The outline of 2017 World Internet of Things Exposition (WIOT) can be generalized as "1+10+1+1+8", i.e. one conference, ten peak summits, one Internet of Things application and product displays, one IEEE smart city international meeting, and eight serial activities.
